All international delegates attending WCLC 2026 in Seoul, Republic of Korea must ensure they meet entry requirements, including passport validity and visa or K-ETA eligibility. Below is essential visa information to help you prepare for travel.
Visa Requirements
All foreign visitors to the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport. Depending on your nationality, you may be eligible for visa-free entry or may need to apply for a visa or a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) prior to arrival.

Many nationalities must apply for a K-ETA at least 72 hours before departure. This electronic travel authorization is required even for visa-exempt travelers. Visit the K-ETA Application website to begin the application process.
Delegates from countries requiring a visa should apply for a Short-Term Visit Visa (C-3-1), specifically for conference attendance.

Transportation
COEX is easily accessible from Incheon International Airport via airport limousine bus, subway, or taxi.
