International Conference Services Ltd. is the official housing bureau for WCLC 2026 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Conference. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by competing hotels. However, we urge all sponsors and delegates to support the Conference and book through the official housing bureau.

WCLC does not accept any responsibility for bookings made via unofficial websites/agencies or any monies lost as a result. wclc.iaslc.org is the official and only conference website for the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer. International Conference Services Ltd. (@icsevents.com) and IASLC (@iaslc.org) email are the official and legitimate emails.
Booking Deadline
Thursday, July 23, 2026 @ 23:59 MDT (Mountain Daylight Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).
It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for Reservation Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions
All rates are charged in USD, based on single occupancy, and exclude applicable taxes and service charges. Taxes are currently 10% and a service charge of 11% applies at select properties. All taxes and service charges are subject to change and any increases will be charged to the credit card on file.
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Credit cards must remain valid through the end of the booked stay and have an expiration date of October 2026 or later. Any updates to credit card details must be completed no later than July 23, 2026.
Approximately 40 days prior to arrival, you will receive a secure payment link from [email protected] to pay the full balance of your stay. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email is not received. If a third-party credit card was used, the payment link will be sent to the cardholder. Please reply to [email protected] if you need the link sent to a different contact.
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receipt. If the payment link is not completed within this timeframe, ICS Events is authorized to charge the credit card on file on behalf of the hotel to confirm the reservation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 23, 2026 or no-shows.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms, including authorization for charges, applicable adjustments, and non-refundable conditions.
Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty by July 23, 2026. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than July 23, 2026.
Cancellations or shortening length of stay must be made no later than July 23, 2026 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay.
Cancellations or shortening length of stay after July 23, 2026 will result in all nights being charged to the credit card used to book the reservation. No refund will be issued for ‘No Shows’. In the unlikely event that the Conference is canceled, accommodation costs may not be refunded.
