Rosh Hashanah Information for WCLC 2026 Delegates
Rosh Hashanah will take place during WCLC 2026. For delegates wishing to observe the holiday, services and festive meals will be available at the Chabad Jewish Community of Korea, with complimentary transportation provided from COEX.

Before You Go –
Reserve Your Meals
If you plan to attend a festive meal at Chabad, please register directly with Chabad using the button below.
Please note:
- Evening services are linked to the festive dinner. If you wish to attend an evening service, you must reserve the associated meal at least 48 hours in advance.
- Delegates attending morning prayers only do not need to reserve a meal and may still use the complimentary WCLC coach transportation.
- Registered WCLC 2026 delegates should pay for their meals directly when registering with Chabad. IASLC will reimburse these meal expenses after the Conference for registered WCLC 2026 delegates. Expenses for accompanying family members or other guests will not be reimbursed.
Friday, September 11
17:00 – Coach departs COEX North Entrance
17:45 – Arrival at Chabad
Rosh Hashanah evening services and festive dinner will take place at Chabad.
What you need to do
Reserve and pay for your meal through the Chabad registration link at least 48 hours in advance.
Complimentary return transportation to COEX will be provided after the evening programme.
Saturday, September 12
Morning Services & Lunch
08:30 – Coach departs COEX North Entrance
09:15 – Arrival at Chabad
Holiday prayers will be followed by the Shabbat–Rosh Hashanah lunch.
- If attending prayers only: No meal reservation is required. You may use the complimentary coach transportation.
- If staying for lunch: Reserve and pay for your meal through the Chabad registration link below.
Separate return transportation to COEX will be provided for delegates attending prayers only and those staying for lunch.
Evening Services & Dinner
18:15 – Coach departs COEX North Entrance
19:00 – Arrival at Chabad
Rosh Hashanah evening services will be followed by a festive dinner.

Sunday, September 13
08:30 – Coach departs COEX North Entrance
09:15 – Arrival at Chabad
Second-day Rosh Hashanah observances will include holiday prayers, shofar and lunch.
- If attending prayers only: No meal reservation is required. You may use the complimentary coach transportation.
- If staying for lunch: Reserve and pay for your meal through the Chabad registration link.
Separate return transportation to COEX will be provided for delegates attending prayers only and those staying for lunch.
Meal Reimbursement for WCLC Delegates
IASLC will reimburse the cost of Rosh Hashanah meals purchased through the Chabad Jewish Community of Korea for registered WCLC 2026 delegates.
Please retain your receipts/proof of payment. Reimbursement will be processed after WCLC 2026.
Please note that meals or other expenses for spouses, family members or other accompanying guests are not eligible for reimbursement.

Chabad is located in Seoul’s Itaewon district and is led by Rabbi Osher Litzman.
Staying Near Chabad
Delegates who would prefer to stay within walking distance of Chabad during Rosh Hashanah may wish to consider the Mondrian Seoul Itaewon, located directly opposite the community.
Accommodation should be booked independently through the hotel or your preferred booking platform.
Kosher Meals at COEX
Kosher meals will not be available at COEX during WCLC 2026. The conference catering will, however, include a variety of alternative options, including vegetarian meals and other suitable choices.
