After an overwhelmingly successful debut at the World Conference on Lung Cancer last year, the Call for Talent returned for WCLC 2026 with another inspiring showcase of creativity from across our global community.
This year’s submissions reflected the passion, diversity, and artistic spirit of WCLC attendees from around the world. From music and dance to spoken word and storytelling, the response once again highlighted the many talents within the IASLC community.

Participant Eligibility
- Open to all IASLC Members
- Individual and group performances are welcome
ACCEPTED PERFORMANCE CATEGORIES
- Music (Instrumental, Vocal, Ensemble)
- Dance (Contemporary, Classical, Cultural)
- Spoken Word & Poetry
- Short Theatrical Acts & Storytelling
- Comedy & Magic
Performance Duration
- Acts may be 3–5 minutes in length.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please be prepared to submit the following:
- Full Name and Contact Information
- Performance Type (e.g., music, dance, poetry)
- Description of the Act (maximum 250 words)
- Performance Duration (maximum 2 minutes)
- Previous Performance Experience (maximum 250 words)
- Number of Performers
- Video Recording of a Comparable Prior Performance (Either one video featuring the full group or individual videos for each performer are required. Submissions without videos will not be considered.)
- Any Special Technical Requirements (e.g., piano, instrument, microphone)
