Family-Friendly Facilities and Childcare Information
WCLC 2026 does not provide or arrange childcare services. To assist delegates travelling with their families, information about a family-friendly facility and an independent childcare provider is provided below.
Children’s Amusement Centre at COEX
Champion The Black Belt is a children’s amusement center located inside Megabox at COEX Mall.
Opening Hours
- 11:00 – 21:00
- Open until 22:00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Admission and food policies
- The maximum permitted height is 150 cm.
- Socks are mandatory; non-slip socks are recommended.
- Food is not sold inside the facility.
- Food and beverages purchased from the adjacent café may be brought inside. Other outside food is not permitted.

Independent Childcare Services
Delegates who wish to arrange childcare during WCLC 2026 may directly contact a local childcare service company called “With Nanny” to enquire about an English-speaking nanny. Please email Claire Kim at [email protected], use “WCLC 2026” in the subject line, and include the following information:
- Required dates and times
- Location
- Number and ages of the children
As the With Nanny website requires verification using a Korean mobile number, international delegates should arrange the service directly by email.
With Nanny is an independent service provider, and all arrangements are made directly between the family and the company. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the provider’s services, qualifications, policies, and suitability before booking. The conference organizers and their partners do not guarantee the service and cannot accept responsibility for individual bookings.
