Registration cancellations received via email at the WCLC 2026 Conference Secretariat's address on or before August 28, 2026 (23:59 MDT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 28, 2026 (23:59 MDT) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration information via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate’s information.

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Donations to the IASLC Foundation, LLC are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in IASLC Foundation, LLC materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.

As an ACCME-accredited continuing medical education (CME) activity, the World Conference in Lung Cancer (WCLC) 2026 must comply with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence. Accordingly, ineligible companies may not register or pay registration fees on behalf of individual healthcare professionals. An ineligible company is defined by the ACCME as any entity whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. All participants must register and remit payment individually. Any registration that is completed, submitted, or paid for directly by an ineligible company on behalf of an individual learner is not permitted and may be subject to cancellation.

Solicitation of delegates, distribution of promotional materials, marketing activities, hosting events or meetings are only permitted within an organization’s contracted exhibit booth, during their official symposium/meeting space, or with express authorization from the IASLC. Any promotional activity outside of these designated areas, including within the venue or associated hotels, is not permitted. Individuals or organizations engaging in unauthorized activities, regardless of registration type, may be asked to stop immediately and may be removed from the conference without refund.

Pharmaceutical and other healthcare companies have provided sponsorship through the purchase of exhibition space, sponsored activities and/or other congress support opportunities. Sponsors have had no involvement in the development of the content or scientific programme of the meeting.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in IASLC WCLC 2026 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to IASLC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).
The authorisation request must be submitted within 70 days before the start date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies and file them with the AIFA is:
