Anti-B7-H3 ADC Tam-Peli Tops Topotecan in Phase III Study
Interim data from the TAISHAN-302 trial, presented by Prof. Li Zhang, Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, revealed improvements in ORR, OS, and PFS with tambotatug pelitecan versus topotecan, the standard second-line treatment for patients with relapsed SCLC.

While the phase III study showed improved cognitive failure-free survival and reduced toxicity with MRI surveillance alone, access to MRI and final OS results may impact adoption of MRI surveillance alone as the standard of care in SCLC.
