Accommodation Opens 2026
International Conference Services Ltd. is the official housing bureau for WCLC 2026 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Conference. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by competing hotels. However, we urge all sponsors and delegates to support the Conference and book through the official housing bureau.

Booking Deadline
Friday, August 1, 2025 @ 23:59 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).
It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for Reservation Terms and Conditions.

Accommodation can be booked at the same time as your Registration.
Guest Room Rates/Applicable Taxes
All hotel rates are quoted in Euros and are quoted exclusive of any applicable city taxes, which currently vary depending on the property selected. City taxes are charged on a per-person and per-night basis.
